The problems with this dreadful agency started even before we left our countries of departure. Hotel vouchers that were promised were not emailed and staff at the agency started to become elusive.. On arriving in India, the drivers did not turn up at the very first airport and any of the subsequent airports. When we finally managed to find a driver, we were informed that the hotel for our first night in Mumbai had not been booked. This was just the start. We were driven (when the drivers did turn up) to the wrong hotels, there were no bookings in certain cities, and we were unable to reach anyone at Holiday India. They stopped taking or returning calls. Finally, they left us abandoned, cancelled internal flights that we had paid for and effectively stole our funds that they were holding for flights and hotels. This group are thieves, not professionals and they are very good at what they do, so avoid them totally.
