False promises

Hi,

Even i booked a holiday package which included Holiday at any 3 star or five star hotels across india for 3days and 2nights with to and fro air tickets for 2adults i kid for 7499 however visiting the sight i could not find air tickets when i contacted customer care they say that this offer was never with air tickets please suggest a solution otherwise i will have to contact customer forum
