I have purchased phillips home theater from indiatoday book club through internet banking. Along with the phillips home theater they promised issue holiday voucher.
In order to access this holiday voucher they had given a unique number through which I had unable to access. Many times I emailed them but there is no proper response. Still I am unable to get holiday vocher from them. my order number is: M-COMMERCE/0GA090048862.
the unique number they assinged to me is 14715402A090060758. which is not in use.
please help me in this regard
