I booked tickets through IRCTC in June below are the PNRs 6438832400, 6141149340, 8142580067. The train wa late for more than 7 hours in all the case. I filed TDR and got 0nly 50% refund, balance 50% wa to be refunded after 90 Days.

I'm continously called the IRCTC for refund but everytime they provide the number -011 42622409, 011 23365290 where some Mr Bhardwaaj were to be available. But thi number is never being picked up. I had also written to Mr RK Verma who is inchrge of these type of refund.

Please help.
