Dear sir/madam

i have booked a wait-listed ticket through IRCTC

pnr-8344078590

DATE OF BOOKING- 9 JUNE

At the time of chart preparing one passenger was confirmed and five

passenger was still wait listed.

i have file TDR regarding the refund of this ticket on about 24th june.

but till now i did not get any refund.

i have sent many email and calls to irctc but there is no response.

where i should complaint on this matte
