Personal advice: Do not book tickets through http://jjtravel.in or better avoid traveling through JJ Travels Air bus.
I tried to book a bus ticket on 26th May for my travel from Chennai to Hosur on 30th May through JJ Travels online booking link http://jjtravel.in. There were 4 tickets available and tried to book one. It went to payment gateway through CCAvenue and once the payment is done, the redirected URL becomes blank. After money (Rs. 589 for Non A/C from Chennai to Hosur) is debited, I see blank page and I could not see any confirmation. When I checked the online booking again, those 4 tickets are mentioned as still available. I contacted JJTravels by the number they have published in website 044 24792890. But they said that since payment is done, I can come and collect the tickets by producing the order number.
I happily went on 30th May afternoon to check about this to their office at koyembedu. They said they cant confirm the ticket and will see if they can refund. Other option is to travel by cabin on the same day and no refund. I came back and I called them and cancelled the ticket (if there was any). But they said that CCAvenue did not paid them, and so they cannot refund and I have to contact CCAvenue.
When I contacted CCAvenue, they said they have sent the money to merchant JJTravels. I contacted JJTravels again with the proof from CCAvenue, now they gave a plan saying that I can travel any time on JJTravels within June30 excluding days like Sunday, national holiday, peak booking days!! When I went to meet them at Koyembedu asking them to refund the money or give a ticket on Sunday night, they starting abusing me. Also they started threatening (there were around 5 - 10 guys including load carrying workers) and said that they wont refund money and no travel as well. I did not know what to do as there is no one around me to support and they are almost in the verge of beating me. I left the place and when I called again, he did not picked up the phone.
Finally I lost respect and Rs.589/- for booking online ticket through JJTravels. The bus condition is also not good and this seems like over priced. And it looks like managed by some goondas who are ready to do anything.
