Money not refunded after cancellation of ticket

I made online booking of Khurana travels from Pune to Nanded. Later on due to some problems I had to cancel it and I did it online. My money did not get refunded. I had been making numerous calls but to no avail personnel at khurana travels are not responding. They are just prevaricating giving me flimsy excuses. People at khurana travels are earning such black money they should now reform. Such hard-earned money would not be of any one's benefit. This is the way khurana travels is robbing off consumers
