Dear Sir/madam,
I had booked the online bus ticket from bangalore to Tirumala through KSRTC on 13/08 and noticed that the amount has been deducted twice and the same reflected in the credit card statement. I had written to [email protected] and the last email i got was to share my userid, which i did and they havent reverted after that. Infact i went to KSRTC travel house to enquire and as per the directions went to Majestic for further enquiries but no avail. I was advised to visit awatar section at wilson garden and was given a contact number 776099034/35 and gues what, it is not in service. This is preposterous to say the least and i must admit am running out of patience. We spur ourselves wanting to be a super power and the signs are less encouraging. I hope this reaches the concerned person and look forward to promt action.
