Air Ticket Refund

I have booked a ticket from Patna to Bangalore on 23/08 via mumbai. My flight is on 24/08 at 14.40.My Booking ID-NF25140421761 but I missed the flight and I cancelled the ticket on 24/08 on the PATNA airport.and I have again booked a ticket on 24/08/10 at 20.05 from Patna to Bangalore via Kolkata but till date I didnt received my refund amount. I have booked the ticket by paying through HDFC credit card.
