Credit card swiped twice for booking airline ticket and promised to refund the amount, but not yet refunded

Hi,

I have booked ticket from Mumbai to Melbourne on 9 November through Make My Trip, and while booking one of the employee swiped my credit card twice, and he promised me that I will get the refund for the amount in 10-12 working days, its more than a month now since I have done the booking, and I have not yet got my refund of Rs. 21970 (ticket amount) and my cashback amount of Rs.1000.

I am following up with them since then, but they are just telling me it will be done, but nothing is done yet.
