I booked my air ticket on 12th Feb from Mangalore to Mumbai for 13th Feb online thru Make my Trip. The website was showing available seats and they extracted the amount from my account through the debit card immediately. But soon after that I received the message that the booking has failed and I had to book another ticket. They sent sms that the amount of Rs. 3307 will be refunded for my cancelled booking ID FLT00009713114. Till today, 12th March, I am yet to receive my amount. I have been calling them every day asking for the refund, but end up talking to all different executives through the computerised call. They keep telling me that their record is showing that the amount has been refunded and keep telling me to send the account statement which I have been doing to all different personnels from their company as well as to the customer service. They said after receiving the statement, they will call me back which they have never done. I am really upset with their service, though I am their regular customer. Please help me.
