I had booked for a trip frm Mumbai to Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and back to Mum on 17/9/10 for vacation intended fto start from December 25 onwards thru makemytrip.com.(Ahmedabad office) Since the booking was online and the vouchers/air tickets were to come vide emails, I did not reject the customer interface by Ahmedabad office though I was based in Mumbai. However that was the beginning of my problem. While booking the return airticket through IVR as directed by their executive Anita Dewnani of Ahmdbad office, the booking got cancelled/rejected. But the dr to my acc of Rs.9616 did not get reverted. I subsequently, again on the excutive's direction tried and was successful in booking the return flight which had got cancelled earlier.
However my grievance of not getting the credit entry in my bill stands today also as
no one is taking the onus of resolving this issue. I got a sms and also a mail on 17.9.10 stating that it would be resolved in 2 buss days, but since this did not happen and I enquired after a week I was told it would take 7 more days in the last week of September. I am still struggling. The Ahmedabad office people Haresh shah and
Anita Dewnani have shrugged off responsibility and have said that it is the Gurgaon office's work and ask me to follow up with that office. I am not even given the correct nos or names of persons. Every time I call up the toll nos it either goes to a different person or to IVR. The emails of assurances and the customer feedback forms filled by me to voice my grievance has also gone waste as the typical computer generated replies of "looking into your complaint and we shall shprtly revert" is only what I get..
Please help.
