Make My Trip.com
Amount deducted but ticket not issued

Ihave tried to book aticket for a bus from Pune to Hyderabad through make my trip.com. Amount deducted but ticket not came. While trying to mail a complaint, surprisingly there was no E mail ID of customer support team at all. Given helpline numbers are continuous busy. Then I have posted a complaint through their feedback option.

Received a blank reply/acknowledgement from [email protected]

Kindly suggest me the future course of action
