I had taken a website - wwww.spectratravels.com and have made some hotel bookings through the website. But they have still not given my commission and have shown booking on their own name. I have send mails and have even made complaint in the customer care. But no response. The service is very very pathetic and very bad and not all satisfactory and their customer care is worst. They does not even listen to you and they just disconnect the call. I would request all of you there to cancell all sort of business relations with them. This is a FRAUD company. Intially One of their marketing person (Mr. Manish) had assured of me of very good services and had shown a very good pitcure of the company. But it was all FALSE. They have made the website where i do not even get to know what booking has happened and whats my commission. They have taken money for website from me and is using the website for their own purpose. Its really a FRAUD company.
