Neeta's online refund Process is worst in the world..I'd cancelled two of my tickets more than two months ago, and I’m still waiting for my money. I’m calling the customer care daily, they say that they will come back to me soon on this, but they never call back.
PS: Tell me directly, are you willing to refund my money or not! ideally I should be asking for compensation for this, but all I’m waiting for just My Money.
