WHILE BOOKING THE TICKET I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT Rs-580/- THROUGH MY ICICI BANK DEBIT CARD. WHERE MY PAYMENT IS GOT SUCCESSFUL BUT I AM UNABLE TO GER THE TICKET AND AN ERROR MESSAGE APPEAR THAT " TICKET BOOKING FAILED" I HAVE PAID THE MONEY BUT I AM UNABLE TO GET THE TICKET.
THEN I HAVE TRIED TO FIND THE HELPLINE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THERE ARE ALSO NO HELPLINE NUMBER FOUNT.
I HAVE GOT A LINK ON THE NAME OF THE BOOKING COMPANY "[email protected]" I HAVE TRIED TO SEND THE MAIL TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THE MAIL IS BOUNSED BAKE. WHAT TO DO NOW?
