No clarification about Lagauge vharges

Dear Sir,

my friend Rajesh kunar Traveled on 15-12 and the Bus no: AP 29 v 22 from Eluru to Hyderabad. He carries CPU its almost 3 - 5 kgs weight but the bus driver charged 200 rps/- without any bill. on which basis your charged that much amount even though ticket fair is 480 rps.

i asked to Helpline number which is on the ticket but they didnt take response upon the query.
