Got error "Transacation Failed" when booking ticket

Hi,

This is Venkateswara B. I got the error "Transation Failed" when booking ticket for my friend through APSRTCONLINE.in. Money got deducted from my A/c, but I did not get any confirmation mail or message. I want to get my money back.
