I often book e- Ticket throw' KSRTC online website and travel within site. on 09.04.07 i booked one ticket and while booking transaction could not complete after release of payment from internet banking. It again happened on 28.04.07 twice.
My complaint is against poor response from KSRTC and Secondly there is no icon for refund of such failures. It is further surprising to have a such website at international software/silicon city like Bangalore. This shows poor vision of corporation and its administration.
