ONLINE TICKET BOOKING

Sir,

I have booked a ticket to Garuda service from Hyderabad Imliban Bus station to Tuni for the date 02-04 on 28-03 through online booking by HDFC Master Credit card. The amount is debited but ticket is not booked showing a remark that the seat number selected is already booked by sombody.

My user id is arsrao_72 and My transaction id is OB709608.

So, I have sent my request to refund money to my credit card account immediately on 28-03. APSRTC BOOKING Team responded by stating that they shall revert my money to my account. Still I have not received any amount to my account. When contacted nobody is responding.

Kindly look into the issue.
