Non avialability of network

I have taken aritel dish TV 2 months back, since 1 wk its not coming, i had registered compliant on 19th this month, the fellow who came to see the problem is tell me to change over to other dish and they are telling they will not refund the money, so its the problem with cable has no qualified person not looking the problem, what i have to do to get back my money, please reply. my customer ID is 3006730201
