I have written to bharti airtel for the problem that we had with digitaltv. Its been over a week now & till now nobody have attended the problem. I am going to file a grievance against bharti for deviating from the committed. I had updated the bharti customer care & it has been 8 days that nothing had happened for the resolution.
The service center is located in bareilly which is reachable at : 09368828398. These people are not even worth running a service center. If I would have been the owner of the bareilly service center, I would have fired the lady attending the calls.
