I booked a Sansui DVD combo on 25th October. I received the delivery of the same on 27th October. I noticed that the sound was not proper on the same day. At times, the sound got totally blanked out. I immediately lodged a complaint with the Dealer. He promised me response by 29th oct, as 28th was a Sunday. On 29th NO RESPONSE. Dealer said, no complaint registered at all? I then lodged complaint to Sansui service center, on 29th. Finally somebody turned up on 1st November, said, a loose socket of the sound jack and claimed the problem to be solved. Again, the same problem was there. Lodged a fresh complaint for replacement. Was assured of replacement. Today is 8th November and NO BODY TURNED UP. ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE COMPLAINT RESPONSE I HAVE COME ACROSS
