Poor after sales services

I had raised a complaint day before yesterday (01-Jun) for no signal in Dish TV. I also have a Extended Warranty Contract (for which I had to pay Rs. 400 more). But still there is no response. When I called yesterday (02-Jun) for status I was informed that the technician will come today (03-Jun), now when I'm calling today (03-Jun), they are telling me the technician will come tomorrow (04-Jun).
