Very Poor Customer Care

Each and every month, for the last four months I have had service interruption about 10 days prior to my payment due date. Although they advertise and inform customers that problem will be resolved in 24 hours, it is a lie. It has always taken them more than 48 hours to resolve a problem. Once it took 10 days for a technician to come and solve an alignment problem. I accuse DISH TV of false advertising for purposes of enticing customers.

Secondly, as soon as i am given a complaint number by their customer service, within an hour I get an SMS message that. states that the problem has been resolved. How can they say it is resolved when the technician has not even telephoned the customer yet.

Something fishy going on in that organization.

The STB equipment is faulty and has never been replaced by them. They wait till warranty expires and then force customers to purchase a new one.
