I have recharge with Rs, 225 on 20 sept but today sowing that recharge massage . my subscriber no. is 01507363180. kindly make continue it.

Afetr this they deducted Rs.20 as late payment, but i have paid on 20 sept and recharge date was 22 sept, but they receive after 3 days they says that transaction of money via net banking take 24 to 48 hrs but ihave sent them before 72 hrs.

I requested to return this money but they refuse very rudly.
