My name is somaiah. CM and i have taken an Dish TV connection in my fathers name, Mr. Muthanna. CM (VC code: 01504000010) say about 4 to 5 years back. The service they are providing is really bad service, every time i call the customer care service they put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes without any reason even in case of recharge too. When we opt the language as English in the IVR, the executive who attends the call is unable to speak nor understand English. Every time i recharge my account with ITZ cash card through the customer care service i need to inform them about the extra channels which is already there in my package to be activated. The remote controller which has been given is no more working nor the set top box is functioning properly.
