In my dish tv few channels were not coming, i complaint customer care and they said that Set box needs to be repaired so they took it with the promise that it will be repaired and returned back in max 2-3 days. whenever i called them, they promise for tommorow, now its 12 days, i didnt get my set box back. after making complaints many time they sent us another set box with different VC no. day before yesterday, but it worked for only few hrs and stopped working with message on TV screen showing recharge now. i again complaint to C.C they assure to provide the service in 2 hr, which didnot happened at all. again after calling they promise to send technician to my place within one hr and its more than 7 hrs no one has visited. i have already paid one yr service charge and my VC no is already recharged with platinium pack upto june. i have decided to discontinue with dish tv because of pathetic service and want them to refund my recharged amount and annual maintainence charge (recently paid on 6/3). but they are not ready.
