My VC number for my dish tv connection is 01510750467 I had placed a complaint earlier in this regard and no action has as yet been taken by Dish Tv with regard to my getting all HD Channels. I have a platinum HD pack where I am already paying Rs. 125 extra for viewing all HD channels. I had called up their helpline and I was told that I would need to pay an additional RS 100 in order to view HD channels. I had written a mail to the Dish tv customer care email id and I had received a call saying this is a techinal issue and it would be resolved after a technician visited. My complaint number in this regard is 55440432. I sometimes get all HD channels and sometimes don't this is a repeated problem and there has been no resolution inspite of my complaining earlier at this forum. Please help as we as consumers are always at the receiving end of everything.
