Dish Tv have taken money and not providing service

I am a dish tv customer since last 3 years but in between this last year I have upgraded my service from Silver to Gold without any hassle. But due to some reason again I want to downgrade my service to ‘Silver Saver Pack North’ and now the problem arises.

They have told me to recharge an amount of Rs 200 from which Rs 40 will be deducted as downgradation charge. I have done so on 25th April where my Transaction ID is RI-102419-25877473 and my account got recharched.

Then I have called them several time to downgrade my service but all my request went in vain. So I have emailed them several times but response is same recharge your account with Rs 200 and we will charge a processing fee of Rs 40.

On Apr 28 at 12:57 I have got a mail that they have updated my pack to silver saver pack and my reference no is URD28/04R-75205169.

But nothing happened even I have lost all my paid channels. In between 25th to 28th I have the worst experience from dist tv customer service. All my chanells got locked and says “Recharge Your Account” while I have already done that. When I call customer care they says ‘we have refereshed your channels please tune your channel to channel no 999 for 2 hours’. We have done that also . yes the channes comes but for few minutes or few hours. Again same message comes and customer care repete same procedure.

Finally from 28th April I m not able to view any paid channels although I have enough balance left in my account. Now they are avoiding my mail and calls also.
