VC No: 01513740971, Have purchased the system online and got installed after 3 days, for one day the connection was active, and they disconnected it, after continuous follow up for 5 days, and submitting the scanned copy of Subscriber Application form, and address proof, no action was taken yet. Every time we need to explain to the customer care about the problem, and even the senior managers will give the false promises. In my life I will neither purchase nor suggest for Dish tv dth or its products.
If any authority is looking into this, request them to take stringent action on them, I have all the proofs of hte follow up and mobile bill (500 rs wasted on follow up's).
