I have an Airtel setup box and had called the Customer Service on 17th evening to know more about the HD setup box, I was told that if I buy the new setup box I will be getting al the HD chanels, I paid Rs2250 by charge copouns and the same was intalled on 20th July, I called up the customer care for have the same activated, to my utter sirprise I was informed that HD channels are subscribed and I have to pay additional for the same, when I complained about the wrong information given to me on 17th July, the customer care had no answer, now I have to stick with the new setup box, what waste of money, I should get a replay for the same, secondly on 20th, when I had called the customer care for changing my package to Ultra, which I was informed that I will get all the chanels, the same has also not been done.

Can some on from the company explain this also to me...
