Not providing required package

Dear sir,

I installled dish tv on 26th september. My VC no. is 01513835623. I opted for south family pack and paid 1599 towards installation and 6 months free service (Rs.185/p.m.). But your channel provided south silver sports pack (Rs.135/p.m.) scheme. I have contacted your service centre at Bengaluru (080-40822522 and 080-41170915) even they have sent order copy to your office and I have also contacted your south zone care centre over phone. They assured to change to south family pack from south silver sports pack. It has already passed more than 1 week neither they changed package nor they have contacted me. Please change our package to south family pack immediately or refund my money as I am not satisfied with your service.
