I had DishTr HD connection installed at my home on 2 August by Dish Tv service engineers... But i never received the no. of channels tht were promised to me as a part of the subscription i made. However when i noticed this fact, i made a complaint regarding this stating that i do not get all the channels of the subscribed package to the customer care.

The customer care promised to send service engineer the very next day. But nobody came. After one month i made a complain again, and they promised that i won't be charged anything for this. Finally, they showed up and checked and concluded that it was not installed correctly.Co-incidently its the same engineer named 'Hasim' who made the initial installation. After talking to senior manager 'Harijit' of Dish Tv i had to pay Re-installation charges (For no mistake of mine). Wire renewal took another hefty amount. I have been paying Rs 375 per month for the service that i hav not been getting since installation, and now i pay the re-installation charges again inspite of the full installation charge of Rs 1425 paid to the mechanic. Needless to say about the loss of time and money i made on making several half hour calls to customer care.

I want to bring to point that in spite of making payment of full installation charges..why was i asked to pay re-installation charges..that too when its their fault..I was also hence deprived of the service for which i have been charged every month. Need Serious clarification.
