I m not receiving any signal from past 1 week

i am complaining to our cable operator from past three months that i am not having clear picture from past 3 months but he is not responding to it. Now i m not having any signal at all to my set of box of hathway cable from past 1 week hence we are not able to see any channels from past 1 week. Our cable operator's name is Riyasat, he is the operator for Arif colony in aurangabad. He is not responding to any of our phone call.hence i was compelled to contact you.
