I have bought HD and SD connection from Dish TV . I had following problems
1) The activation tool 78 hours due to mistake of dealer. Activation took place when I had made a complaint against the dealer. Otherwise dealer did not take any proactive action.
2) I bought 2 box so that I can have multiple connection but the other connection was not activated because dealer again forgot to mention that on Subscriber form. How the hell I know? Why don't Customer service understand why would someone pay extra when both the boxes are installed on same address.
When you cannot take care of your customer, why the hell you say you are No. 1 in India. You are worst in customer service. Please never opt for dish TV all you will have is harassment.
