Wrong Commitment

I took a new DISH Tv connection from Balaji Electronics, Dharuhera. At the time of purchase it was committed that for Rs 1390 I will get the Dishtv connection Hardware (Set Top Box) Installation 1 month free subscription of platinum plus package. Where as I got Family pack instead of Platinum Plus pack. When I contacted the dealer with complaint he kept postponing working on my problem after repeated visits he finally told me that this is not his fault because he forwarded the request for activating Platinum Plus Pack while giving the activation instruction to Dish TV office and there is nothing he can do, he asked me to contact customer care for this.

I contacted the customer care and explained the issue to them however its been over 3 weeks I am in conversation with the customer care people and others over email. even spoken to their Nodal officers and regional sales head but no one bothered to assist instead asked me to furnish proof. Finally I sent them a copy of my SAF along with the dealers details but now they have even stopped responding to my mails. As a proof I am attaching the copy of my email conversation.((Sorry Email copv. could not be attached as it only except JPEG file)

So finally I have made my mind to take the issue to the District Consumer Complaints Redressal If I do not get any positive responce.
