Hello Sir -
I have hathway cable connection for which I pay rental charges (Rs350/month) 3 months in advance so currently I had already paid for Jan, Feb and Mar. I have been facing cable for last 2 weeks that only a few channels are coming. I have been regularlarly calling the bill collector/technician Dilip (9763659412) to come nad fix the issue and also the customer care (020-30252100). Everytime they say today we fix it however nobody is turning up. I have the copy of rent paid.
Please penalize hathway cable services as they are causing lot in convienence to their customer. I want get my connection disconnected and want my charges for month of feb and march back.
