False Commitments and Horrible services

I am using the I control services since last 9 months. but at every step I have found that Icontrol is expert in making false commitments and making the customers fool.

I purchase the I control just because of of cool and chill features. When I purchased postpaid scheme of Rs 220 and IControl promised me that Chill and Cool features are free for lifetime. but in September they stopped providing Chill and Cool features to the postpaid customers so I was forced to opt for prepaid plan in IControl for which I have to pay 110 rs extra as compared to postpaid scheme. story doesn't ends in Jan I found freezing problem in IControl so I complained to the customer care. they assured me that problem will be solved within one working day. but it took more then a week to solve the problem. on this Customer Care team assured me that I will get refund of one week because i couldn't watched the service. but till date nobody has provided me the refund.

I have found that using a service from IControl is like self mental harassment.
