THIS IS MR SOUMIK CHAKRABARTI RESIDING IN NEW DELHI. I PURCHASE A SONY MUSIC SYSTEM MODEL MHC-RV55/Q. MY MUSIC SYSTEM IS CREATING PROBLEM FROM THE FIRST. I BOUGHT THIS ON 15TH JAN. IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO ITS CD LENSE PROBLEM, TAPE, PANEL ETC. MY MACHINE IS NOW AGAIN HAVING PROBLEM IN THE CD . CD TRAY IS NOT OPENING AND TAPE IS NOT PLAYING PROPERLY. THIS IS THE 6TH TIMES I AM SENDING IT 4 REPAIRING.

THIS IS SHAMELESS FOR SONY INDIA. HOW COME THE PROBLEM IS ARRISING REPEATEDLY. IF THE MACHINE IS HAVING FAULT FROM THE MANUFACTURE DAY IT IS YOUR DUTY TO REPLACE. I HAVE COMPLAIN LAST TIME ALSO BUT I DIDNT GET ANY RESULT.

SONY IS A BRAND NAME AND I AM ALSO USING LOT OF APPLIANCES FROM LONG BACK. SO, IT IS HIGH TIME YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
