Not solving the problem

Hi my name is chandan

i have taken a new connection of D2h of Videocon.

every day i m facing a problem of Customer id

every moth i m facing a problem of recharging

every moth i m facing for problem to solve this issue

every month i have to spend more than 500/-rs for this.

please solve my issue.

whenever i call customer care they disconnect my calls

companys are jus making money...

no one to control them...
