Respected Sir,
I have been used Airtel DTH for six months upto December.
After that i have stopped recharging it and using cable instead of DTH.
But for the past 3 months airtel DTH Customer care numbers disturbing me a lot making calls to me and reminding me to recharge.
Per day i am getting more than 20 calls from them.
In this regard i have sent them am, email and request them not to call me again its disturbring me a lot. They said they wont call again.
Again call came. Again i complaint. Again they convinced me. Again the call came.
Yesterday i spoke with the person he asked me to surrent the Satellite which given by them. Then only they will not call me. I asked if i return it can you give half of the money. Actually i paid 1599 1000 =2599 (1 additional connection)
He said that they will give just 300 ruppees only. I said i do not return it just i want you to dont make any call to me about reminding recharge.
He too agreed for that.
I recorded what we spoke yesterday.
I told him if i get a call again i will complain about it to TRAI & Consumer court. Person told sure you can make complaint if you get call again.
Today i got 4 call in last one hour. numbers were 911409800808 / 815 / 816 / 819.
Yesterday i got call from 911409800819, 817, 803, 812, 815, 911408959006
Its irritating me a lot.
Even after complaining them about this they are not giving good response sir.
Just i dont want any call from them about reminding recharging it.
Please do the needful sir.
