Lethargy Grievances redressal

After applying for Airtel al-a-Carte pack I found I'd landed in most difficult bandwidth. Despite my submission of application for the same they intentionally didn't change my account from ULTRA PACK to a-la-carte. This intentional misdeed of theirs resulted in squeezing out of all the amount from my account. within 12 days my account was suspended. This was not real problem. problem started when i contacted them. Their executive one after other came with different excuses. One of them assured me for refund within four hours another came with ridiculous sounding rebuttal to his partner that they can't refund. Call after call they keep on passing the bucks and kept on harassing me sometimes asking me to forward the mailing conversation I'd had with them. i did that. But nothing happened. They just seem to remember three phrases " we are sorry for inconvenience", "what's your good name", "we will surely help you". The way they harassed me I can just imagine how much they would be harassing relatively lesser equipped rural brothers and sisters of ours. this experience of mine with Airtel is so bad that I am compelled to post, "if you plan to purchase DTH don't consider Airtel".
