My self Aravind Kumar with consumer ID no 3008742888.I purchased the connection on 31-Oct and got the connection on 1-Nov services started with bengali/oriya regional pack, were i requested for telugu regional after repeated calls they changed to telugu.
when i Purchased the connection free validity was mentioned for 6 months but they disconnected service on 24-mar which a head of free period.
when i call the lazy/mum service center they have given service request no 17326280, 17257078, but till now there is no response regarding this, even i have submitted the copy of date of purchase receipt. Now they are saying vendor has cheated me, how can vendor activate the connection before i purchase, does the airtel should have common sense.
i request no one should opt airtel and Zeetv -Dishtv which are worst among the service provider.
