I had applied for Myway IPTV will full advance of Rs. 2250. Within 10 days of start of service, the signal quality was bad and the modem started hanging as well as the picture and the audio were not co-ordinated. While I requested them to sort out the problem, their technical team took over 5 days to come back and confirm that the quality of service cannot be improved beyond what they had been able to setup.
In view of the above, I requested cancellation of the service. The service got cancelled but till date I have not got refund for the full payment paid to the company.
