I have purchased a Airtail Dish TV (DTH) on 19th of Sep 2010. I have directly made payment of Rs. 999 from my credit card through their online system. I have been informed from them that the Dish will be installed between 48 Hrs. My customer ID is 3005320224 and Transaction ID is 10869265 given to me By Airtail DTH.

Today after 9 days Dish is not yet installed. Kindly help me to get my money back, so that I can take a Dish from a good service provider.
