I'm very disappointed in the way my case has been handled.
I had asked for my services to be discontinued on Jan 30th post which your technician came home either the same day or the next (I don't remember exactly). He took the set-top box, hdmi cable, charger etc and said that I will get my cheque in 20 days or so.
When I called your center on Feb 7th I was shocked to see that my services were still active and the your customer service rep said that he'll follow this up and resolve. Today when I called back after a month, I was shocked to see that my services are still active on your system and my credit balance which was INR 7, 500 when I disconnected my services is now at INR 6700.
I'm furious now and the delay in getting my own money back has been annoying. I spoke to your senior supervisor today Mr Puhin Pal and he said he'll speak to his team and get back to me in 2 hours. I asked him for his supervisor or higher up and he said they were busy with other errands and said he'll ask them to call me back. I insisted that I have their name to which he said that he cannot give out their name. How can that be a policy where they cannot give out their supervisors name when he is going to call me anyways in 2 hours? Is this true? Can they not give the customer their names?
I feel that your company is just shying away from responsibility and am sorry to say that I will never go back to Airtel in the rest of my living life.
I will give you an opportunity to resolve my case and if I don't hear back from you'll I'll go to the consumer guidance society and also sue you for damages and mental harassment. My contact information is below.
