Poor service and misinformation

I have a airtel dth tv booked in the name of my father dr. ashok agrawal.i have been using this connection since may.recently i recharged the tv, but failed to recive any signal.i complained on costomer care .they sent me an engineer.the engineer told me that your connection is being recharged, and ther is fault in the cable.he adviced to get it changed which i did by spending rs.2000.i called him and next time he said the cable was alright there is some problem with the socket in the router.for which he charged rs 200.finally he told me that the recharge has not been updated from the service provider.this whole process cost me about 3000 rupess, where nothing was required other than some technical update from the company side, leading to wasting of money and time.airtel should take appropriate step and to look into matter and pay for the losses.
