Efund of balance money

Dear sir,

Few days earlier I wrote a complaint against Airtel DTH that even after 2 months of disconnection of the service, the due amount (a sum of Rs 243.82) has not been refunded. Unfortunately even after nearly one month of the complaint they are not even bothering to refund the money.

You are kindly requested to take necessary action so that I get my money back.
