New Connection - Activation problem

Dear Sir,

I bought the airtel digital tv connection on 23rd July.

The service engineer installed the connection (on 24th July) in the afternoon (1 pm) and assured the connection be activated within an hour. Till now the activation process is not done properly and we are not able to watch anything.

We contacted the dealer and they said that the activation has been already done and provided me with the cusomer id (3008466658). We did not receive any SMS mentioning the customer id yet.

We contacted the customer care but they said they cannot do anything and asked us to contact the dealer again.

We are very disappointed about the kind of service been provided.

Please help us get the problem solved at the earliest.
